Aubin Cellars, producer of Verve wines, is the creation of Jerome Aubin. Through his ongoing career as an importer of French and Hungarian barrels, Jerome brings the expertise of visiting and barrel-tasting more than 250 wineries annually. The Aubin Cellars barrel program is carefully based on this foundation. Working in close conjunction with the winemakers, the wines are given more complexity in barrel aging by blending forest sources, coopers and toasting levels. 2006 Sauvignon Blanc Paso Robles, Villa San Juilette An ideal, long, temperate growing season, followed by a later-than-usual harvest, gives the wine richness and elegance with gorgeous aromatics.
